Jennifer Jantz. We are pleased to have her.
We also have a new Sunday School curriculum
and are looking forward to an exciting year of
Sunday school for the children of Abundant
Life.
Sunday School at Abundant Life
Beginning with Welcome Back Sunday in September (usually the Sunday after the Labour Day long weekend) until May, Sunday school classes are offered for pre-school and elementary school aged children—from age 3 through Grade 6.
The following classes are currently available:
Preschool, ages 3-Kindergarten
Grades 1-3
Grades 4-6
Students in Grade 3 receive a Kid’s Devotional Bible as a sign that they are entering the Confirmation learning program of the congregation.
In Grade 4 the Pastor helps the student and family learn how to use the Bible in daily reading and devotion times. Students, parents and a representative of the congregation (usually the pastor) sign a covenant of this important step.
